All requests for cancellation of registration must be submitted in writing via email to the Conference Secretariat at secretariat@szusicon2027.com. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. The date of the email receipt will determine the cancellation phase and applicable refund percentage.
Refunds will be processed based on the date the cancellation request is received, as per the following timeline:

All online payments for SZUSICON 2027 are securely processed via our official payment gateway partner, Razorpay. Please note the following regarding the refund process:
If you experience a transaction failure where the amount has been debited from your account but the registration was not successful, or if you accidentally make a duplicate payment, please contact us immediately with your Razorpay Transaction ID/Payment Reference Number. Refunds for proven duplicate transactions will be initiated within 7 working days, subject to the Razorpay processing timeline.
In the unlikely event that SZUSICON 2027 is postponed or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances or government directives, the organizing committee will transfer your registration to the rescheduled dates. If you cannot attend the new dates, a specific refund policy will be formulated and communicated at that time, keeping non-recoverable operational expenses in mind.
